Short Cut Keys
The editor has the following short-cut keys:

| CTRL-i | italic |
| CTRL-m | monospace |
| CTRL-1. . .5 | the 5 levels of dokuwiki headers, with CTRL-1 being the largest and CTRL-5 the smallest. It is not necessary to highlight the text that is to be set as the header; you need only to have the cursor on the line which will become the header. |
| CTRL-0 | CTRL plus Zero will undo a header and is equivalent to selecting 'Normal“ from the Headers menu. |
| CTRL-* | start or end of an unordered list |
| CTRL-= or CTRL-{ | start or end of an ordered list |
| SHIFT-RETURN | holding down the shift key while hitting Return will create a newline, used for single-spacing. See paragraph_to_line-break_tool. |
In addition to these short-cut keys, in the file browser you can move a file by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on the trash can icon. See moving_files.
